We delete your profile, saved payment handles, notification tokens, private contacts, friends, circles, preferences, and any profile photo you uploaded.

Delete your Fetti Up account.
You can permanently delete your account from inside Fetti Up. If you cannot access the app, you can ask us to help.
In the app
Open Me, then choose Delete account.
Review the confirmation carefully, then confirm deletion. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What deletion does
Bills and receipt images you created
We delete every bill you created, including stored receipt images and the data attached to those bills.
Bills another person created
Those bills remain with their creator. We remove the link between your deleted account and your name, email address, or profile photo on those bills.
Minimal security marker
We permanently retain only a minimal security marker that contains none of your bills, profile, payment details, or receipt images. It prevents old sign-in credentials from restoring the deleted account.
Cannot access the app?
Request account deletion by email.
Email us from the address on your Fetti Up account and ask us to delete it.
